Sticker Sheets
At the start of each school year, each student is given a sticker sheet, like the one seen to the left. The students know that if they speak to me in English outside of class or answer questions correctly in class, they will receive a sticker from the sticker box I always carry with me. Once the students fill up one sticker sheet, they are presented with a certificate of completion, their name is placed on the "Sticker Sheet Winners!" section of the English board, and they are given the next level sticker sheet.
At the end of the school year, the students who completed the most sticker sheets are allowed to choose a special gift from a basket that has a variety of interesting items from around the world. For example, there are flags of different countries, toys, candy, small games, and much more.
The sticker sheets really sparked an interest in using English outside of class and brought a even bigger desire for students to win English games and complete activities. It has been a wonderful asset in and out of the classroom.

Sticker Missions
This is the second version of the sticker sheets. This time, students are given a theme for each month such as their assistant language teacher's home country. They must ask six different types of questions as well as one additional question of their choice in order to receive a sticker. If the students are able to ask all seven questions within the month, their name is placed into a raffle, which takes place at the end of the semester.
